why another 'rule evaluator' ?
The point in the crmac implementation is surprisingly not the algorithm to compute the states' values according to some rules, but to define/implement now a plattform which is capable of dealing with such a vast amount of data (imagine billions of states) that then future's computers will be able to really run the applications in the required 'real time'.
